Thank you for considering Blue Falls Grove Catering Service for your fundraiser event. We are pleased to announce that Carmen Rolinski has joined Blue Falls after serving you for 32 years at Shearer's Barbecue Ranch. Carmens' barbecue recipe, when combined with the 20 years experience of Blue Falls Grove's Catering Service, makes a premiere product as well as our attention to working with you in planing and coordinating your event. Consequently, our customers find our product very easy to sell, very profitable and are very happy with the whole event.

Below is a link to a downloadable Microsoft Word file which contains a list of the items that we can supply for you. Each item is priced for your convenience. We require a minimum of 500 halves of chicken in order to do the Barbecue at your location. If you have less than 500 pre-sold, we will prepare your dinners at Blue Falls where you may pick them up, or we can deliver them to you.
